recently I watched a movie, it's about a young girl who becomes an overnight sensation because of her short video. the movie showed how she was able to gain so much popularity with just a few clips. but when I think back to those days, I remember that there were so many talented artists trying to make it big on social media, and some of them even became superstars over night

.
but what really caught my attention is the fact that all these short video stars often rely on their managers and agents to help them gain more popularity. they also tend to focus only on short-term gains rather than investing time in improving their craft

. it's like, I get it, we want to see new faces and fresh content, but at what cost? are we sacrificing the quality of our entertainment for the sake of instant gratification?
I've seen many of these short video stars trying to adapt to traditional TV shows or movies, but it's just not the same

. they lack the experience and depth that comes with working in a long-term project. it's like they're trying to put out fires instead of building a sustainable foundation
