国家体育总局：严禁违规开展徒步穿越等活动-新华网

近期有5名人员未经许可违规穿越秦岭“鳌太线”，其中3人遇难，这一事件引发了社会广泛关注。国家体育总局登山运动管理中心对此进行了严厉批评，要求各地加强冬季登山户外运动安全的工作，严禁违规开展徒步穿越等活动。

“鳌太线”是一条纵贯秦岭鳌山与太白山之间的线路，处于国家级自然保护核心区。根据《中华人民共和国自然保护区条例》，任何单位或个人都未经许可擅自进入该区域。政府要求各地要严格执行相关法规，加强对重点地区、事故频发地区的安全监管。

此外，国家体育总局还要求加大宣传力度，对于违反规定进行联合执法，并对违法行为进行曝光处理，并依法处理。同时，也要求加强对非法徒步穿越等活动的联合执法和制止。

最近才发生的“鳌太线”事件 wirklich so traurig ! 3 人的生命都去世了，已经好久了我不敢去那里的山脉了，不知如何再度面对那样的危险。国家体育总局的要求真的很必要，加强 winter sports 的安全工作是必须的，我不管从哪个角度看，都觉得违规穿越秦岭“鳌太线”是一种极其危险和无脑的行为。政府的话我理解得很好，需要严格执行相关法规，但同时也需要对民众进行教育和宣传，让他们了解到风险和后果。

最近这个“鳌太线”事件 really 使我很担心呢，特别是这3个人遇难了 。我们国的山地安全 always 是一个问题，尤其是在冬季 。国家体育总局的处置 seems reasonable，我 agree that 加强 winter sports safety measures is a good idea . But at the same time, 我觉得政府应该对这类行为进行 more transparent 的监管 ,让民众明了哪些活动是不允许的 .

我不是认为秦岭“鳌太线”的自然保护区管理得好坏，这里就是一个问题，过于严格了。前几天看到一段视频，说去年有多次出现非法徒步穿越事故，但政府又没做出更好的措施来防止这些事故的发生。感觉是这样，政府要加强安全监管，也不能完全消除民意的呼声。

why 我们国家的自然保护区都这么严格了？ why 都要禁止穿越秦岭的鳌太线？ 亲身经历过冬季游牧的朋友们，去年我们那边的北方地区有个活动“寒天行” 是不是比较有意思？

Wow Winter is coming, but some people still think they can just walk across the Qinling Mountains without permission . Interesting how three of them got hurt and one... unfortunately passed away . The government should really crack down on this kind of behavior, it's not safe at all . I hope they can increase awareness about the risks and consequences of violating the rules . And maybe they can also promote more responsible and safe hiking practices .

really understand why would someone wanna go crazy and try to cross the 鳌太线 by themselves... it's just not worth the risk, you know? anyway, I heard the national sports bureau is being super serious about this whole thing now... like, finally! they should've done something about it a long time ago. the government is always like "we're so strict and serious" but when it comes to real issues like this, they're all like "oh no, we need to do something"... still, at least they're making an effort now. maybe it's because of social media and all that... people can't just sit back and watch others get hurt anymore .

今年冬天，人越来越多地穿越秦岭的“鳌太线” ，有好几个人都遇到了严重危险 ，甚至有三个人没能逃过 。

我觉得这次国家体育总局的批评是有道理的 ， winter sports 中需要很好地掌握安全知识和技术 ，更何况是在自然保护区 。

违规穿越“鳌太线”就要想着自己的生命危险 ，我们不能让任何人在安全上被伤害 。政府要求加强工作 ，是很好的事情 ，同时也需要公众的合作和自我监管 ，共同维护冬季登山户外运动的安全 ！
