
Winter scenery in China has become a perfect visual treat for many people

. Just last year, I saw the most beautiful pictures of Harbin Ice and Snow Festival on WeChat

, it made me feel like I was right there in the snow

! But now, I'm starting to notice that more and more winter scenery are being replaced by artificial photoshopped images

. I miss the real thing, especially when it comes to places like Tian Shan Lake and Wuyi Mountains

. Don't get me wrong, the pictures are stunning, but there's something about experiencing nature in person that can't be replicated
